Yes, cut the crap guys!!! Why so conscious? Why all these stupid diet routines? Its all in your mind that you're fat. The day you'll get your mind out of the consciousness of gaining weight and the complex of being Fat, you'd stop putting on weight and start digesting your body fats. Its all in your HEAD people.
